1 Introduction

Welcome to LuckyPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and LuckyPKR ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or using any feature of the LuckyPKR website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

LuckyPKR is an online casino and sports betting platform built specifically for Pakistani players. 2 Eligibility

To register and play on LuckyPKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire period that your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckyPKR does not permit anyone under the age of 18 to create an account, deposit funds, or play any game on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a real human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations by bots, automated systems, or third parties acting on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing LuckyPKR from a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by local law and where such prohibition applies to you personally.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of LuckyPKR or any of its associated companies, gaming providers, or payment processors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

LuckyPKR uses age verification technology and manual review processes to detect underage registrations. Parents and guardians are reminded to keep their devices and login credentials secure to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person may hold exactly one account on LuckyPKR. Duplicate accounts — defined as more than one account registered to the same individual, the same device, the same IP address in most circumstances, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. If LuckyPKR detects that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed and any bonuses accumulated across those accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on LuckyPKR, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LuckyPKR username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. LuckyPKR will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access occurred because you shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact LuckyPKR support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

LuckyPKR may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time determined by our compliance team. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

LuckyPKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT), Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited in PKR with no currency conversion fees applied.

• The minimum deposit amount on LuckyPKR is Rs 500.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your LuckyPKR wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed.
• Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours.
• LuckyPKR does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. The payment method used for deposit must belong to the account holder.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.
• All deposits are final once confirmed. LuckyPKR does not process deposit reversals except in cases of verified technical error.

5 Withdrawals

Verified LuckyPKR account holders may withdraw their available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method in the account holder's own name.
• LuckyPKR processes withdrawal requests within an average of 5 minutes for fully verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the requirements are fully satisfied.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Players will be notified if additional documents are required.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

LuckyPKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have registered a valid LuckyPKR account in accordance with these Terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each individual promotion once unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, standard wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the LuckyPKR platform.
• If LuckyPKR has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is exploiting bonus offers in bad faith — including the use of multiple accounts, structured betting patterns designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or other forms of bonus abuse — LuckyPKR reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and close the account.

The LuckyPKR Refer a Friend programme is subject to its own specific terms, which are displayed on the /refer-a-friend page. Referral bonuses are only paid once the referred player completes a qualifying first deposit and meets the minimum activity threshold.

7 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on LuckyPKR operates according to its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game itself or accessible via the game's information screen. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.

• All game outcomes on LuckyPKR are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for non-live games, or by real physical dealing for live dealer games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, LuckyPKR reserves the right to void that round and return all stakes to the players involved.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. LuckyPKR will not reverse bets after they have been accepted except in the case of verified technical error.
• LuckyPKR offers provably fair crash games including Aviator and JetX. Players can verify the fairness of any round using the hash verification tools available within those games.
• For live dealer games, in the event of an interrupted stream or disconnection, the round result will be determined by the outcome recorded on the dealer's end. LuckyPKR's records are the authoritative reference for all disputed game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are clearly displayed before each round or hand is played.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuckyPKR and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in creating accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or multiplayer game formats.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money through the LuckyPKR platform. All suspicious financial activity is reported to the relevant financial intelligence unit.
• Providing false or misleading information to LuckyPKR's support team or during the KYC verification process.
• Charging back deposits after playing with deposited funds. Chargeback attempts will result in immediate account closure and legal action to recover losses.
• Using the LuckyPKR platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment.

9 Responsible Gaming

LuckyPKR is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be seen as a way to solve financial problems or generate a reliable income.

All content on the LuckyPKR platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, images, and the LuckyPKR brand name and associated marks — is the intellectual property of LuckyPKR or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the LuckyPKR platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• The right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any LuckyPKR content.
• The right to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software used on the platform.
• The right to use LuckyPKR's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any form without prior written consent.
• The right to create derivative works based on LuckyPKR content.

Any unauthorised use of LuckyPKR's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright and trademark law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuckyPKR's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

LuckyPKR shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from internet or network connectivity issues beyond LuckyPKR's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or infrastructure failures.
• Incorrect or outdated information on third-party sources referenced within the platform, including live cricket score data.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

LuckyPKR makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, and LuckyPKR will not be liable for any losses resulting from such downtime.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

LuckyPKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will be contacted via registered email before any action is taken.

If your account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, LuckyPKR reserves the right to withhold some or all funds in the account depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for any other reason, your verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@luckypkr.ws. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed normally.

14 Amendments to These Terms

LuckyPKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, LuckyPKR will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the LuckyPKR platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. The date on which an amendment becomes effective will be stated in the notification of change.
